Our commitment (48-hour takedown)
Upon receiving a valid, identifiable notice, we remove the disputed material within 48 hours and issue a written confirmation. If we cannot match a URL to our library, we will ask for one clarifying detail — the clock restarts only once.
Counter-notice
If you believe removal was in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with a statement of good-faith belief.
